Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting our Montreal-based pottery studio. Each piece is handmade with care, and we truly appreciate your patience as we prepare your order.

Processing Time

All items are handmade and carefully packaged in Montreal, Quebec.

Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment. During product launches, holidays, or busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Quebec: 1–3 business days

  • Rest of Canada: 3–7 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

Packaging & Fragile Items

All pottery is carefully wrapped and packaged using protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit. While we take every precaution, ceramics are fragile by nature.

We recommend inspecting your package immediately upon arrival.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a claim, please email us with:

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A photo of the shipping label

We will gladly offer a replacement (if available) or a refund once the claim is reviewed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but not received.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Customs & Duties (U.S. Orders)

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
